Directions for Completing Paperwork
If you are signing for someone you are an indemnitor and must fill out the Forms 2, 3, 4 & 5. If you are paying with a credit card or using a credit card for collateral you must fill out form 6.
If you are a defendant and have just been released, you must fill out form number 1 only.
You must check the box and type your name next to all submissions. Fill out only the information you can. We will complete the remaining parts. If there are any questions call 561-833-9113 before submitting.

Any false information on any of the forms will constitute a breach of the bond
and may result in additional charges. Electronic submission of these forms is the equivalent of a original signature and is legally binding.
